PRIVACY AGREEMENT

1. Parties This Privacy Agreement (“Agreement”) is entered into by and between SpartaDNA.com (“Company”) and  Ugur ILGIN,  and the undersigned (“User”), whose personal details are provided as follows: Name, Surname, IP Addres,Email Address,DNA RAW DATA and DNA Reports ,Health Insights & Traits Report

2. Purpose The purpose of this Agreement is to set forth the terms and conditions under which the Company is authorized to collect, store, process, and use the personal and DNA data provided by the User.

3. Collection and Use of Personal and DNA Data The User hereby consents to the collection, storage, processing, and use of their personal data, including but not limited to, name, surname,ip address, email address, and DNA data, along with any reports generated from such data, by the Company for the purposes of [specify purposes, e.g., medical research, genetic analysis].

4. Data Protection The Company agrees to adhere to the provisions of the Personal Data Protection Law (KVKK) and any other applicable privacy laws in handling the User's data. The Company shall take all necessary technical and administrative measures to ensure the security of the data and to protect it against unauthorized access, loss, misuse, or alterations.

5. User Rights The User has the right to:

Request information about their personal data held by the Company.
Request correction or deletion of their personal data.
Revoke consent at any time by providing written notice to the Company, subject to legal or contractual restrictions.
6. Duration and Termination This Agreement will remain in effect until terminated by either party. The User may terminate this Agreement at any time by providing written notice to the Company. Upon termination, the Company will cease all use of the User’s data and, where feasible, delete such data.

7. Amendments This Agreement may be amended only by written consent signed by both parties.

8. Governing Law This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of [Jurisdiction].
